If I am already an existing credit card member, how can I apply for the Touch ‘n Go Autoreload Card?

my MBB petronas is my first card and I just started working for 2 months. I guess they're either more prudent or downright slow in processing new applications.

CSers were great and I understand that they cant do much anyway if the processing department is slacking.

1) To ask..er.. why no news after 1 month (answer : payslip & offer letter not enough, nid bank statement and new name for relative - fiance cannot , they sent a letter to my office on the 20th of August, I called them on the 2nd of September.. 8th of September only arrived. How?)
2) To reconfirm whether they've received my faxed documentations or not
3) To ask whether there's any progress. Else I told them I'm applying for another card (), I called them yesterday, they asked to call again next Monday
