I transferred rm4000 to my trading account via online bill payment. However my trading limit only rm3975.80. How much %do they charge to transfer money to our accounts?

I emailed them to enquire, and this is what they replied. Just sharing, in case anyone's wondering the same thing as me:
Please take note your Available Trading Limit will be slight lower than amount deposited. The remaining balance is reserved by our system as a buffer for brokerage, clearing fees and stamp duty. Kindly check your Trust Account Column for the actual amount of money deposited will be updated on next trading day. The Available Trading Limit is on real-time update basis, and Trust account is on daily update basis. There is no charges on the amount deposited, your money will only be set-off when successful trading has been executed. |

I wanted to place order just now but can't because the systems says that today's trading session is closed, I can only place order next day. Does this only apply to Jupiter? Or all online platforms also like ths?
