Its easier if u have online banking account like M2U. Just transfer and give Jupiter a call.

Jupiter has account with a number of banks, I think they have HLB, Public and EON too. thumbup.gif

Matt, your advice is not totally right yet not totally wrong, I got it liao... biggrin.gif

The solution is not to right-click IE icon at the taskbar, but to right-click IE in the 'Start' menu! icon_idea.gif

But what are the implications of selecting 'run as administrator'? Will it like, make my computer more vulnerable? sweat.gif

ok...
btw wat is the trust account n trading limit??
y so much difference in between??

so i can trade by using the trading limit amount?

i m not managed to cal my remisier even cal his hanfon..
*
Trust account is like your 'savings account' maintained with the brokerage, whereby you deposit money into it and then all your purchases will be paid from there and proceeds from your sales will be deposited there. Btw your balances are credited with interest at the end of every month. icon_idea.gif

If you opened a 'cash upfront' trade account, the value of shares that you can buy is determined by how much money you have in your trust account, i.e. no buy first, pay later. Most of Jupiter's clients are 'cash upfront' type if I'm not mistaken, but if you need a margin trading account I believe they can help arrange for you. thumbup.gif

I start to don't understand what u wanna ask...can u tell in more detail?

Margin account means u buying shares using borrowed money...

If u talking about TRADING LIMIT and Trust Account, 'trading limit' is the max value of shares that u are currently allowed to buy, 'trust account' is the actual amount of money currently in your trust account.

After bankin money to Jupiter account, how to buy shares? Is there a step by step guide?
*
Contact Jupiter Help Desk or your designated remisier to inform them on the bank-in info (amount, date, which bank you bank in, etc), wait for them to update your Trust Account balance, then only you can trade.

On the trading procedure, the is a 'User Guide' section on the left panel of the main page, go read them.

I am interested to open an account with jupiter. what is the earliest time to key in the orders for next day session? Can theysend the orders exactly at 8:30:00am if i key in the orders earliest?
*
You can even key in orders for tomorrow NOW, no problem. tongue.gif

They send orders quite fast, almost with no lag at all. If you bid at the current best selling price, your purchase order can be matched within 2 seconds. flex.gif

How reliable is their service and platform? Execution of orders efficient and timely? Any disruption to their services? Last thing I want is not being able to sell my shares because the service / platform is down.

Can I place my orders online at night to be excuted the next day when market opens?

Do they offer margin trading i.e. T+3?
*
I've been logging on and off almost everyday since I signed up early last month, never had any prob (touch wood). icon_rolleyes.gif

Orders are received (and matched) by Bursa within 2 seconds, fast? thumbup.gif

Of course you can place your order anytime. smile.gif

Jupiter doesn't provide internal margin, but they can arrange for you. But the brokerage is slightly higher compared to cash upfront trades. However, for intraday trades, margin account has the lower brokerage. Do check out their website, it can answer practically all your queries. wink.gif
