Always go for low density.

Less noise, less populated, less people uses the facility.

When there are less people, less nonsense will happen too.

Not both meh? doesn't the number of units that are being shared on the size of the land determines how cramped it is?

agree..easy for jmb to manage..
but do expect some high maintenance fees in order for them to sustain and manage the condo.
but still worth a penny..peace of mind icon_rolleyes.gif

If you put it that way, both play their role and many other factors too.
Cause 500ksqft land can build 1k units, it can also build 5k units.
Moreover, if a smaller land size, the developer can build it higher as well to have more units

True. But if the facilities are all rounder great and worth it then why not. At least it won't get spoilt all the time and get vandalised by neighbourhood hooligans lol
