high den = maintenance problem = less likely to get capital appreciation...
some more car park will be main concern too..

sometimes its not necessary, if the location is good, still got people snap buy with good capital appreciation

KLCC can get good capital appreciation? I think asking price is high but how many unit can really be sold or transacted? Im not sure about that....

Low density - pros - lesser crowded , less noisy neighbours, sufficient parking ,
much preferred for subsales
cons - higher maintenance fee, higher property price ,

High density - Pros - lower maintenance fee, cheaper price compared to low
density
cons - noisy, parking problem , dangerous coz got a lot of
other nationalities

i think my condo some don't put above the 2nd floor
same with mine really hard to access the windows without a ladder
