Surely i'll join if theres anything. Our cg society needs to put our heads together really and do something. Im sure there are a group or two who had pioneered it. Some say the govt aint supportive enough + our media platform (the mainstream one the least) is not a good place to grow talent coz of stuff like racial/religious/politics/ISA/royalties bla bla bla sensitivities or wuteva.

And they wonder why arent we developing.

Siggraph S'pore was slow i heard but i was talking abt a smaller one organised by CGtalk s'porean member..here

Neah...nothing big of anything to shout abt . Working in archi firm pose less and less challenges nowadays and getting too predictable.

Yeah...but it is restricted to do anything new or try something radical coz it is bound to the clients needs and most of them have a really typical-archi-render type which i have grown to be tired of.

Not that im any good at it but i just need to try something new before i grow old-er (coz im old ady )

I would love to try concept art for movies or games. Enough office towers, condos or mix devs *puke prefusely*
