for me best char kuey teow @ Shah Alam is @ Aimar Char Keow Teow at TTDI Jaya... near ESSO petrol pump.Chinese/Nyonya I like to go to Orkid Thai Sek 9 or Restoran Gulai Penang @ Seksyen 7 (Jalan Keluli) (coordinate: 3.064943,101.473785) both served Halal food only.
