how to make the motherboard tray to open like this in the red circle ???
and tell me wat tool to use and anything that u use ok tq

I would use door "hook" / chinese called door butterfly to do it. but kinda heavy coz it's solid metal.

possible.. can get cheap one DIY or expensive one DIY, depends on your creativity.

what material do you want to use bro? Alu or Plexi ?

All you need is a drill,jigsaw,filing tools,most important is patience.

U can try hydraulic as well. buy those small 1.Not sure how it works.

where to buy the hydraulic thing and roughly about how much can get now ???

wah... bro plz la... dont report... i jz wan to mod the casing so the motherboard can go out the same way like the pic only because my Thermaltake Shark has a motherboard tray that go out at the other side

i am juz modding the same way..not to copy or steal any idea ??

1st-Alu is short a short form of alumunium.Plexy / Plexi / Perspex is a acrylic plastic like those car plate number.

2nd-To do a motherbord tray,you must know the thickness that you need to support all the riser (screws ),the motherboard,gpu ETC.

3rd-I think you can use acrylic as a start.Alumunium is damn expensive and kind of hard to get.Other than than,acrylic is easier to cut since its only a plastic material.

4th-Try to get all those materials you need 1st,then do a review on the net.You can ask anyone here to help you.

Yes,its not weird to make a motherboard tray with acrylic.Try to imagine a full transparent casing by sunbeam.The motherboard are made of acrylic.

For the side panel at the motherboard tray side,just leave it to non-windowed.

Just focus on the left side panel.

I think maybe alu is better cause can conduct heat some more and my casing is alu...

Using a alu is also not a bad idea.Well,its up to you to decide.I am just giving opinions.

for me, i'm using plexi / acrylic as the mobo tray, tools? dremel, screw driver and brainstorming
got any illustrate plan for ur mobo tray?

1st,design the thing that u wanna make..draw it n dun forget to include all the dimensions..next,choose the material u gonna use..dun forget also part that u need according to ur drawing/design..then u can choose the suitable tools after these two steps completed..
ie,u wanna make a motherboard tray..draw it either by using any software like skecthup or on the paper..then show it to us so that we can give an opinion wat is needed n wat is not..nex part is choosing the material..choose correct material to make ur work easier and to avoid failure while or after making it..then only u can choose tools to be used in ur project..tools that are necessary in diy work like pencil,steel ruler and drill.. u may additional tool like penknife if u using acrylic and dremel/jigsaw if u r working on aluminum plate..

u could cut the bar in the yellow line but do notice that u need to make extra pole to support top panel.

Has any1 had been custom mod his own casing with motherboard tray ???

i did, i seperate it like the one in teh pictar but end up my casing unstable.
