Yeah, excellent performance by Murray... but the match Djokovic vs Federer, i really saw glimpse of the real Federer... the one that can create crazy shots that stun everyone watching.... Well, although its hard to make conclusion with just one match, i think Federer is really determined, as much as Murray to win the US Open...

Federer is out there to prove something. No doubt Murray is very confident, but this is his first Grand slam final, he may be inexperience... just like what happen to Djokovic last year in the final.
I hope Federer will win.

No, he won't become the no.1 even if he wins the tournament.

I think at this moment, its not that important for Federer to regain the No.1 spot.. what important is that he's motivated and he keeps playing... Form is temporary, class is permanent... he can get back to new height if he stays motivated, no doubt.

I really do think that Murray used the right tactic... Nadal being one-dimensional was totally exposed by Murray.
I think Federer can learn abit from that match. Hardcourt is still Nadal's weakest surface.

Yeah, Serena did beat Jankovic 6-4 7-5... Sad that Jankovic can't get a set.. but she's inexperience... smile.gif Still a great tournament for her.

Serena becomes the No.1 with this title... Cool. tongue.gif

Well, for the sake of my heart, please don't make it into 5 sets. I hope Federer finishes Murray off in 4.. but its gonna be tough.... Somemore i can only watch 1 set of the match.. will only make it worse. blink.gif

Nice to see Jankovic still smiling eventhough she lost in the final... Very sporting.

I think Federer is feeling good now.. after all the doubts about him, he came back and gave his best tennis in US Open.

French Open may be important for him, but Pete Sampras, who everyone considers as the best player, does not have the French Open as well.. and Federer got into the final of French Open for 3 times, and Sampras wasn't in the final for once. So i think if Federer gets his 14th slam, he will be seen as a better player than Sampras..

You guys can watch the Davis Cup action in Astro Supersport.

Nadal barely beat Querrey in 4 sets in Madrid. Lolz.

Federer and Wawrinka won the doubles match. And so Swiss won the tie with 3-0 lead (two more singles matches to play but confirmed victory). smile.gif

Nadal still has Roddick to beat as US won the doubles match.. and Spain leading 2-1. smile.gif

I think the Davis Cup final match will be very equal..

Nalbandian can beat anyone when he's playing well, just like last year he won 2 Masters Series events at year end...

Del Potro has become one of the best players on hardcourt...

I think Argentina is considering to play the final on a fast carpet indoor.

Lolz. Maybe only. I don't see them getting the host right. =) I guess WTA would rather give it to Singapore.

I don't think they will be showing it.

But Supersport is showing Stockholm Open next week which Federer will participate in.

Eurosport showing Stuggart this week which features Williams sister, Jankovic and others.

Watch Japan Open online here.

But she doesn't have a grand slam? I always think that a No.1 should at least have 1 grand slam title.

Lets see whether she can beat Petrova.. =)

He may play or may not play. I hope if he can he will play... Will be tough for fans if he opts out for the remaining months.
