QUOTE(stringfellow @ Mar 5 2009, 10:46 PM) More spillage! » Click to show Spoiler - click again to hide... « March 20th. Subscription-based. 2 years. Penalties of breaking off contract during the first year RM1,000. Break the same contract on the second year, pay RM750. MNP does not apply here.
Bottomline, it will be out by the end of this month. By own bottomline? Not enticing enough to throw away my current telco to jump ship to Maxis. Take all that with whatever variety of salt you prefer, a pinch would be enough. any info on iPhone's pricing and plans?

QUOTE(corallinkz @ Mar 10 2009, 01:58 AM) i think maxis should then promoted the ads on news right now is it? why they didnt do that, so perhaps its just a dream or rumorus. sources said that the ads should be available from March 11th onwards. official launch on 20th. let's just wait & see.

QUOTE(Vor @ Mar 10 2009, 03:14 PM) Why wait when you can own one today without selling your soul to Maxis? If it's about official support and warranty then tell me how many forummers that own an iPhones that fails them? So far Apple has been very strict with quality control therefore their products are good if you take care of them properly. Still using my iPhone 1st generation (2years+) and still fresh like day one. off-topic: quality control? there has been issues with light leakage from iPhone 3Gs all around the world and Apple has yet to rectify the problem. although they offer 1-to-1 exchange for sets with light leakage problems, i've read about cases where this person has asked for exchange 6 times and the same issue exists. which meant almost all iPhone 3Gs have this problem. checked with an UK set manufactured Week 40 and Singtel set manufactured Week 36.
