This is your Public IP address that allow u to access internet. Just like LAN IP, but this one is WAN IP.

If u enabled remote access of your modem, u will be able to access and configure your modem through this Public IP with corresponding port:
Example: http://219.93.218.177:8080/

Public IP could be different every time u reconnect your modem to internet. Else your register a Static IP from your ISP (Streamyx), then u will always get the same Public IP.
Example: http://216.239.51.99/ is one of google.com Public IP.
