Hi fren, do u wan 3M thermal tape or thermal paste/grease? Normaly for CPU, i would recommend thermal paste/grease whereas for RAM sinks etc., it's good 2 use thermal tape. biggrin.gif

Hi fren, i would recommend the use of thermal paste (thermal compound) for VGA cooler instead of thermal tape. Thermal tape would be suitable for VGA cooler's ram sinks. biggrin.gif

Hi fren, normaly we don use thermal tape together with thermal compound.... for processor heatsink with clip, i would recommend the use of thermal grease/compound.... thermal tape is recommended for heatsinks w/out clips...

Hi fren, may i know where or wat components do u plan 2 stick? Thermal tape is more suitable for small heatsinks w/out clip. For bigger heatsink like cpu heatsink with clip, thermal paste would be more suitable. smile.gif

normally we choose either Thermal Tape (stick 2 sided, no need any clip), Thermal pad (stick 1 sided, need clip) or Thermal Grease (no stick, need clip) smile.gif
