dude, i live walking distance (well.. 10-15 minutes away) from templar
would not go f***ing around there at night, passing by on bike also seram sometimes
plus, my friends went there once during the day, lots of broken bottles, they suspect druggies,
so you might have a more physical than ethereal danger of getting jabbed with a HIV infected needle
