My place here they pay RM5 only. One thing which I don't like is, seeing a disabled fella on a wheelchair selling pirated CDs. What a dumb ass. If the council officers come and catch, so what is he going to do? Beg to not catch just because you are disabled? Yea right.

not only to pay rm5/per nite , but also need to have a hawker license from local council (renew yearly).
if u go biz/pasar malam at 3 different area/local council, then u need 3 license la.

I thought that is only for licence.Tapak and licence is different thing. You get tapak 1st then you apply for licence

not really .. maybe in other area.
but at my area, still got many empty tapak ...
so, better get license 1st ...
then go find suitable tapak ... this one, u need to ask the pasar malam seller (sometime they got 'cif' there)
some area, tapak is arrange by local authority.. but other maybe is more to mutual understanding with existing pasar malam sellers.
