Guys, another noob question here. I've got DS-2, MT-2, Digital Delay and overdrive, all from BOSS. What do you recommend me to get for the next pedal? And shud i get other pedals other than BOSS?

Chorus pedal, But I already have a DD-7, which more or less the settings can be changed to get the chorus effect. I was thinking to get a wah pedal too. Once been to TGC at sunway pyramid, and saw the price of Dunlop Slash Wah, but the price is RM895, which is very very unaffordable for me.

Daltonsama, 81 is trebly, 85 is warmer, 60 is even warmer.
81 is usually in the bridge and sometimes in the neck. 85 and 60 are usually in the neck position. enteryourusername, I would find a chorus more useful, as it basically makes the guitar sound, er, bigger. Also, Cleans with a Chorus sounds excellent. |

Is there a price list for guitar stuff in LYN as well? lol 81 is usually in the bridge and sometimes in the neck. 85 and 60 are usually in the neck position. enteryourusername, I would find a chorus more useful, as it basically makes the guitar sound, er, bigger. Sustain is all in your guitar's build and pickups....... overdrive can only help amplify the remaining sustain, but if there is no sustain, nothing to amplify.... get it?
If you want better sustain in a crappy guitar, a good start is by upgrading your pickups. And also, sustain varies from Trem guitars and stop tail guitars too. |

Hail, Mr Blacktrix...
I'm trying to figure out how to "create" a lead channel for my amp, since I'm pretty much stuck with my OD2 channel (I think it's comparable to your 3rd channel) for my basic distortion. Ya think there's any way of using an EQ pedal in the FX loop effectively? (since the FX Loop tends to suck the volume out of anything in it!) |

oh yea rustreaver, u're using dsl401 rite? iirc lah.
saw from UG, if u add a cable to the fx loop, connecting nothing, then max out the fx loop, it will be bassier. does that help? lol |
