It does the same for me, i yesterday lose until cry, 80pips, the price movement make me direct blur in my main primarily GU. But now i recovering.

1st acc --> yesterday lose 93pips, now on floating +117
2nd acc--> yesterday lose 117pips, now on floating +88

Ya, actually i did the same, when i was lose, i seldom appear to analysis much, but i still will be around to help those new one. Juz wish can help them up. I on hold the GU for my whole night already. Now is waiting time to close it out... Still sitting here and waiting...

Actually what i currently trying to do is, i exit all my chart based on 5m and 1m. I only use my mid term strategy and long term one. Kinda like sit here and wait. I've been sit infront my PC since 5 in the evening, and did all the reading jobs and just waiting for chance.

Now i wanna learn patience, for me, if i keep hunting for chance to trade, i mostly will get hurt wif all loses cause i did not follow my trading method ( i will keep on persuade my self and say, this is the entry faz faz go in). So now, i sit and wait for my Long term and mid term methodo to tell me buy and sell.

I only monitor 3pairs, tat why kinda like waiting. Still GU is still my primarily and i monitor it from 30m chart...

Hunt for those solid signal only. I this year challenge is to recover my account, and if i able to generate any profit, then that means i already doing alot better than i expect.

Added on July 23, 2008, 12:15 amAnd I'm currently try to trade based on 4h and 1h TF. I believe there is where those solid signal come from. 15m kinda too high heart beat for me.

Here is some of my point:
We see signal to buy and sell in 4H tf, it kinda like rare and seldom happen, but when it does happen, we enter the trade.

Firstly, solid signal
Secondly, i tried to put the TP as 25 juz like what i did to my 15m chart(don't want hunt for hundreds pips), it quite work out for me, although feeling like wasting alot of good pips. I've juz wait there for hours and you asking me to gain 25 pips only? But as i think back, if I gone into 1pip 1USD, 25pips already USD 25. It's worth for it.

So now, i mainly aim-ing on 1H and 4H TF, but i'm still stick to my old methodology without any changes, juz i switch the TF to get myself a better entry position.

Added on July 23, 2008, 12:45 amIs my turn to request for help. I neeed a specific details on trailing stop loss.

Example :
Long at 1.9310. Price go to 1.9360(+50pips). I set my SL to 1.9320 to secure my 10pips profit.

Now i put Trailing of 30pips. So, is it my SL will immediately change to 1.9350? bcoz the price that i enter the trade and the market price now is differ by 50pips.

Or my SL will only get adjusted when the price gone into 1.9390 (+80pips), SL only will go to 1.9350 at this point?

Plz teach me on this. I get confuse on this already.

Acc 1 --> From monday til now, +30pips.
Acc 2 --> From monday til now, -16pips.

Acc 3 --> From monday til now, +21pips.
Acc 4 --> From today til now, +42pips.

Congrats. Haha. I also did not expected such a strong US in yesterday night. All currency vs US gone mad. US suddenly gone mad during the US session, muz go check it out today, see whethere there is anything happen that incur the price movement or simply a price movement

Congrats again. GC also one of volatile pair wif 9pips spread. Gonna look into it once i have time by tomoro. Hehe.

Congrats, i juz back from my 2 days makan angin.. Already so big movement in the market. Wow.... Nid to chase back and read again...

All trades closed, 3 pairs wif +20pips.
+60pips in total....

What i regret abit is, i enter the GU and GJ at the most bottom of price, i exit at 20pips. If i was keep it, now both already 100+pips.

But, its ok, at least i still dapat cari makan..... Tonight no more trades already. DOOR CLOSED FOR FOREX TONIGHT.

Ya, my trading method is calling me to close, so i close it out. Juz tat simple, follow my own rules. So i cant blame anyone if i cant take more profit or i lose.

I training myself to stick to the rules hardly, dont ajak me to break my rule lor normeck. I budak baik, follow law by law...

I now build-ing up discipline hardly....

Same for me here. AFter i have incurred lose in my mini account. then only i realise the importance of micro, that y now i holding on my micro and only those 80% trades will carried on mini.

SL too tight for shorting GU. Only manage get +1pips. Better than nothing la. At least still got 1pips. Haha.

My this week report. Muz send out report before normeck. Haha.

Nothing to show off since it is juz go into breakeven. But I'm happy at least i still stand at the same post and gain more experience already.

This is based on my own opinion. Juz posted up over here. Plz correct me as well. Do not trade this as signal. Reason : As you saw, my acc is breakeven only. Haha.

I will post up chart on weekend to support my point. So now juz a simple summarize for my own.

All for long term Trades:

GU 2.0185 as target profit.
1) Under the bull channel
2) To complete the W shape in the GU daily TF
3) 2.000 level have been broken once before, so it wont be a barrier for the bull channel to continue

GJ 223.80
1) Under bull channel
2) 223.80 at the point of Fibo 61.8
Note: I did not take any trades on GJ majorly due to great losses due to my GJ trades. My trades on GJ is superly worse. If under Kevler prediction. It shall bear around 214 - 215 level. I shall bear once the bull channel (daily TF) is broken

EJ completely no idea. Only know how to take small trades and run wif small profit.

Does you consider before about trailing SL?

I does use an EA to control the stoploss according to what i wan. If you wish to know further. Juz post it up here. I can share it out. It is quite useful for me.

Example:
Once the price go to entry price +20, then the EA will auto adjust the SL to entry point +3.
But this is only compatible for mt4. I think you also using mt4 from fxcm right?

Ok. Bye. The trailing is something different whereby it is not trail by pips. Usually the trailing SL is like 15pips trail or 30pips trail or something like that.

But for this EA, it is compatible for mt4 whereby you attach the EA. It will manage your trades.

If someone interested on it, juz let me know to post it out. Kinda lazy to post it if no one want it...

It is a nice offer. But i saw there is minimum qualification whereby we need graduate from banking and finance???
But there is a reason whereby they put the 6month contract. If you unable to meet their requirement within the 6month. Sure, juz fired off.
I believe the interview section will be conducted mainly to test on your ability to forex trading. I've a friend over UK working on this job for banking line. Their pressure is very high from the upper level / management level.

Erm, as i know, is only liteforex.org, fxmalay. If you could find any else, juz share out wif us. We are waiting for more info as well. If i not mistaken, there is another forex broker promoted on the main finance forum in around laz month. That company some more provide paypal for funding.

This book is major about Stock market. But i found out some of the advice useful for us here.

1) Cut your loss small
2) Paper trade is differ from real trade
3) When you shall hope, you fear ; When you shall fear, you hope
Explanation :-
When we in loss, we shall fear and cut the losses, but we hope the market will go back to normal.
When we in profit, we keep on fear will the trades go to loss, but actually we should hope the price to go to a upper level
4) Let the profit runs. But say small to loss.
