We had the tv and vhs before the internet, remember?

Its not education which was the problem, its the ppl mentality and their environment. Why bother watching scifi show when you have shows that dont require much if any thinking like scenario and raja lawak, or if you like your movies like rempit etc.

Plus riding on your motorcycle with your mates and making havoc and a fool of yourself is more "in" then watching scifi shows.
