Is there a offline Installer? Because the installer I DLed was only 8MB, but turns out to be online installer (i.e. it just drops the launch panel, then let the launch panel download the 14.1GB of game files).

no offline installer. Unless you still manage to get the clearance stock of the retail box copy of the game. Still that will require a 5gb of update.

I having problem on the launcher which stuck at the SOE logo...if use weblauncher will have error Error 2 not able to fetch EULA...anyone know how to solve?

If you're using Steam version, you must let the game run in Administrator mode- enter your admin password if it prompts you. On standalone version, you can cheat a bit by using command prompt to set cacls to make the folder modifiable by everyone using admin account:

cacls <path to game> /T /E /G Everyone:C

After you do that the game should run even if you are limited user.

If all fails, try reinstalling the game. Also, if you're using Steam version, try the standalone version (you need to do a 14.1GB update if you use this tho).

I hve been trying copy and pasting the file directly from my download folder to my friends computer and it works. Can take from me if anyone live nearby in Cyberjaya or Putrajaya

It looks very interesting and feel like playing it. wonder if i should dl it or not. is this game suggested for those who prefer less to spend money in game? or you really need to spend cash in it? yes i know there's legendary,premium and free package.

The limitation isnt that bad compared to any other Freemium MMOs. You can actually survive with just free account but its best to upgrade to premium with USD5 (RM15 ~ 16). Basically its up to you, if you like freedom in your play, go for legendary Otherwise, Premium and Free will be just as good

rn15-16 sounds affordable but probably it needs a credit card or paypal isnt it? which i dont have T.T

Premium will be permament. You can get debit card, Visa Electron is what i would recommend for SOE games as they have been accepting debit card for years now. I am still currently using it for Planetside (SOE FPS MMO)

No worries, most banks merge ATM card with debit card now. You need no requirements to apply that at all. Some banks call it prepaid card.

I believe Maybank debit card is chipped with Visa Electron but i cant concrete my believes. Though, other banks like Public Bank were known for their card to be able to used for online payment and paypal.
