haha yea.. i dont like sun, heat and sweat so i rarely exercise >< i think its pretty low cos even squats make me light headed.. is there any other way besides going to the gym and outdoors stuff? my neighbourhood is really not safe..

What kind of excuse is this?! Take a bath after you exercise lah. It's Malaysia -- it's a humid place, impossible not to sweat lah.

lol yeah.. i do consider myself weak and not fit..

erm, im not aneroxic or anything.. i do eat.. yesterday, for example..

Breakfast (7 am) : Chocolate muffin (nothing to eat at home ==)
Recess (10.30 am) : Nasi lemak
Lunch (1.30 pm) : Rice, "Steamed Pork-Egg Thingy", Vege, Salad
Dinner : Rice, Egg, Vege, same "Steamed Pork-Egg Thingy"

and somewhere in between, some chocolate chip cookies..

sometimes, i do skip recess and breakfast as im quite busy with club stuff.. but i'm not hungry.. thats still bad right? as for excercising.. i dont know how to cycle.. so cant.. besides, any outdoor activities here are 'banned'.. people get robbed and slashed with parangs around here == the only chance i get to exercise is during PJK (once a week?!) where we play basketball or.. some game that deosnt include much movement

yeah i know.. so i came here to read a little but it seems its all guys trying to gain muscles.. haha.. have considered jumping ropes but.. where in d world do i get one >.< some frens suggested, sit ups, squats? and more 'turun naik bangku'.. basically, i cant go to gym or buy equipments etc.. my mum wud start saying stuff (she was upset when my sis went to gym).. so any suggestions for at-home-exercises?

Breakfast : Fishball noodle with soup (avoided the salty soup)
Lunch : Chicken soup (mum's) and a bunch of long/french beans
Dessert : Pineapples and pears
