I think you are under-weight based on your BMI. If i`m not wrong, it should be at least 18.5. By the way, you just need to learn to adapt to the cardio exercise. I believe you dont even exercise right? Unless you are really really suffering from low blood pressure, or else doing 20+ of 'turun naik bangku' you shoudn't faint. Start slowly by slow jog or brisk walking..

all i have to say is: exercise, be it walking up the stairs or jumping ropes...

it can be found in any stores : tesco, giant, jusco anywhere!!! u can even jump without ropes if u really want!
