something to share
my friend went to a house(i forgot the exact location, maybe in subang) to get a new cat coz the vet has lost her cat so, the house is like a kilang menghasilkan kucing FOR SALE . she said kesian tgk. coz MOST OF THEM r squashed in one cage.. and the rare types of cats are neutered.. because they wanted to ensure nobody can ada anak of the rare cats and so that they can sell them at higher price! this one cat(the one the vet wanted to give to them) was kept in a small cage where she cant even move and was put INSIDE THE TOILET!!! when she brought back the cat, the cat was unable to move freely.. maybe because she was trapped in the small cage for so long. memang tak guna org tue!!! so, THE CONCLUSSION OF THE STORY IS.. DO NOT BUY CATS! ADOPT ONE! |

QUOTE(elfreakz @ Aug 7 2008, 12:14 AM) there's someone mention it cost not more than RM300... we dont haf to quarantine for 6 months issit? i heard sumwhere, we need to quarantine them for 6 months before hand.you need to get permit for your cat to enter Sarawak, i think u need to get it from jabatan haiwan in sarawak also. because you cross the "sempadan" already. then you need to bring cat for medical check up, just go to jabatan haiwan - the goverment one... cheaper.. then tell them that your cat need to travel. they may give some tips on it. then when you purchase your MAS ticket, you need to tell them that you have animal onboard. so they know what to do. MAS will charge per KG for animal... you must have your own carrier and everything. anyone who noes the full detail how to bring an animal into sarawak. plisz share |

QUOTE(krynzpeaches @ Aug 11 2008, 11:57 PM) YES, neutering/spaying is ALLOWED in Islam. Malah dengan keadaan kucing-kucing terbiar sekarang ni, ia amat digalakkan. Islam itu adil. Ia membenarkan/mempertimbangkan sesuatu perbuatan jika ia lebih membawa kebaikan dari keburukan. And Yes, JAKIM has even released a "fatwa" regarding allowing neutering/spaying. So if one says they are not allowed to do so because of religious reason, tell them they are wrong. ----- KP thanx |

QUOTE(sassyset @ Aug 20 2008, 02:03 PM) in uiam, i saw a cat whose fingers were amputated. very nice cat, manja2 one. tgk kaki fingers gone. some university uia is... hey! its unfair to blame it to the uni. btw, so far, the ones i see in uiam are well fed and clean. most of the time i see trays of food, friskies and drinking water at the hostels. when i ask my bro. even the guys do this. so, the cat may suffer accidents or worst cat scenario ppl do hit or hurt them. blame it on the ppl who did this. Added on August 20, 2008, 5:39 pm QUOTE(dien @ Aug 20 2008, 02:17 PM) there's alot of very healthy and beautiful cats in uiam! most of the students there do adopt them as their personal pet. This post has been edited by annetize: Aug 20 2008, 05:40 PM |
