Hi all

At my workplace here got 1 stray kitten but he seem very unhealthy.
He look like he cant move at all and i saw a lot fleas at his body.
Feel so sad and i dont know what to do.
I think i wanna contact SCCARFS but i dunno how to contact them.
Oh yeah,my workplace is at SS 15 Subang Jaya.
Anyone could help me to help this little kitten?
