My speed these few days suck and I had to reset my modem to get a different IP for it to become normal again.

 So 60.48.XX gives the best speed Will try to get that next time but my speed is working normal now. |

RS Speed is like 8KBps... using premium.

Still got slow speed...20kbps.
When test it speedtest.net...get 26 ping, 1400 download and 400 upload. Wierd. |

Hmm, gotta try to get the 60.48 range =/ Currently reset like mad also getting 218, 219. Both below 10kpbs as well =(. But MU is alright.

Now that I'm not in Malaysia anymore, confirm your max rapidshare speed is limited on by your max internet speed. here I can get up to 500mbps CONSTANT.
