GC problem?

Guys, see these screenshots.
My GC lately have been giving me this problem. Play a game or video will become like this. I thought that it overheated, but the temperature reading is roughly 63. I have checked the connections as well, they are all fine. I have tested both DVI and VGA output, still same. reinstalled drivers, helped a bit, but I really cannot guarantee.    |

But sometimes its ok. Just now its ok, managed to play a game and watch a video without any problems.
