i play a bit lbp a bit resist2.. slowly like snail. just now updated my resist2 and went in story mode for 30mins nia.. then jumped to deathmatch also 15mins nia.. wah the game is so rock solid.. fast action, but easy to die if u want to just stare the world.

hmm.... getting LCD next huh? why is that? better than plasma? i'm just curious... thanx in advance.

guys, i tot plasma screen has a shorter lifespan compared to LCD? anyone can enlighten me?

How about 40" Samsung 6 Series (cheap version, expansive version is 100Hz which cost about RM1300 more) LCD TV having ghosting problem ?

Most new plasma screens are rated at a lifetime of 100000hrs. LCD backlight are also rated anywhere between 60000-100000hrs. So no real difference between them. The only issue is that Plasma is more susceptible to burn in. Most new plasma's do not have this issue since they have anti image retention/burn in built it. Some plasmas are more prone to image retention if played for long hours of gaming (ie LG) but image retention is not permanent. As long as the user views varied programming there should be minimal risks of burn in or image retention. Plasma's do have shorter response time, so that should be good for gamers..

Of course plasma is better compare to LCD in term of image quality but very hard to find full HD and above 42" now, they usually cost a bomb in that range.

Plasma has a very long life span as long as you don't spoil it yourself, just tune down the brightness and contrast it can easily last your for 5+years and above.

I just called them, but i was looking for any 2nd hand its ok with me since its only the prologue.

The guy from my local game shop recommend me to buy it at PSN. Says its around RM80 only after conversion from SGD. Anybody got try?
