What router are you using ?

Because i faced the same problem before.. only to find out my router was not stable enough, after messing around with it, finally got it to work... but the damn thing is preventing some online play for certain games...

Why not try another router (if you have a spare one)

Added on August 18, 2008, 4:26 pmalso make sure your pc is not downloading anything. e.g torrents, or spywares taking up bandwidth, that sort of thing...

Better yet, disconnect everything... and only your ps3 connected to it.

What modem are you using ?

Because, direct connection via ethernet cable seems to provide less problem... hmm...

Instead of using automatic setup on the ps3, have you tried doing manually ?

Ben, you can check out the Technical thread... ask the question there.

If you are using direct connection to the modem, it's pretty much the same way you setup the modem for your computers.

Alternatively, setup the modem via your computer. Then connect the ps3 and use automatic for everything

hmm.... what is the setting on your ps3 display ?

because as far as i know, heavenly sword plays on sd display... so, no reason projector cannot display it.
