In D2 you can pump a skill with as many points as you wish. In D3 you only can do it up to 5, at the moment.

Blizzcon is here !
Last character class might be revealed. Im guessing if it will be a ranged character with weapons, might be a beastmaster or archer.(wizard and witch doctors are ranged, but magic) Or from the "richer cultural diversity" they wanted to bring, might probably be a knight/templar Just think about it.Monk is someone who shouldnt have anything to do with the war, but needed to step in, cos its like the end of the world. Then theres Barbarian whose land was defiled, and with all their ancestors thingy crap Theres also wizard, whos like the black sheep cos 'forbidden arts', who like to prove that they are good, and witch doctor who needs to protect their tribe, upholding sacred belief of the tribes of "philosophy of self-sacrifice and non-individuality" and yeah, theres a gap right there. somewhere where a knight/templar could step in. the good guy who fights evil cos its his job, hes a messiah. btw I heard Tenacious D will be there too. LAN is overrated.
making a LAN game is basically open the possibility for your game to be gayrena-ized and make them open to hackers. one of those sad case Im talking about is borderlands, where the hackers/pirates made their way into official servers and overcrowded them til its laggy like shit.(not to mention it was gayrena-ized) but I like borderlands for the fact that it can do LAN, so much fun playing with housemates just sad that it opens so much possibility to hackers and pirates to the point that it may hurt the developers and the future of the game |

This just in...weather forecast for next year...
Its gonna rain frog! http://www.eurogamer.net/articles/2010-12-...lo-iii-hands-on QUOTE Further customisation comes from Skill Runes, which come in five flavours and seven ranks within each, and change the effect of your skills. These aren't always mere bonuses to damage or speed; each rune has a hand-crafted, often visual effect for each skill. The Witch Doctor's Plague of Toads can be altered so that the amphibians are on fire, rain from the sky, or take the form of one giant toad that eats your enemy and spits out loot. |
