If I remember correctly, at the end of Diablo2-Act5, there's no mentioning of Baal soulstone being destroyed. After you killed him, Tyreal just interrupt and come down from the 'sky', and give you a portal to 'END'. Then the end movie Tyreal destroy the world stone, period.
