No lah wont be cancelled. Game is on regardless. I'm still trying to confirm a few guys plus we can always play using the smaller goal posts 6-7 a-side.

Nyasing... lumbered out of bed just for this. It's pouring like crazy out there guys. Even if the rain stops now, the field will be a sawah padi and unplayable. So it is with much reluctance that I've to call the GAME OFF!!!

I'll be SMSing the cancellation to some of the players whose numbers I have. Hope the rest checks this first before going out!

For those who made it to the field - please accept my apologies!

I SMSes as many ppl in the list that I could... and for those whom I didn't have the numbers I even did a search thru your profile and message history hoping to find something... and all this with half my eyes closed at 6am!

We'll give it a try again next week... but this time I'm gonna have everybody's numbers!

ALAMAK! Sorry ler guys... looks like I'm dragging this club to the pits like the national team! Been very tied up of late, and frankly it's quite a chore having to put up the list every week and watching it till the very last minute just to confirm whether it's on or off... and having to shelve all my plans in advance.

If anybody wants to take over the organizing job and take the club to new hights, feel free to... I will try to maintain the list for the timebeing...

Hahahaa sorry guys I suggest you appoint a new manager / caretaker!!! Been really busy nowadays and personally I find it very hard to organize the weekly Sat sessions as it always ends up getting cancelled at the last minute and I couldn't make any plans beforehand. So if anybody wants to revive the club pls feel free to do so...

Haha the 8am is probably a suggestion... my bet is that the game will start at 9!
I agree with the field booking but this is gonna be one of those casual games so a public field is fine.

Fuaaaaaaaa brudder, this thread has been dead for a long time.

Good news is, some of the guys that started here have "graduated" to form a football team in a social league.

Do have a look at the LYN futsal thread... the guys there do arrange for football games every now and then.
