EMS, most probably it broke during shipment
the inner packaging for suzu is not done properly IMO by koto, coz they nv support the hair nicely, and her hair is too heavy, joint to the ribbon by a small part only, so the weight brought it down after a little rough handling

but 1st attempt to glue back failed...taking it apart and trying again tonite

its hard to ask for replacement lor, maybe i should complain to koto for the bad packaging design, the packaging should support the joint part properly

using epoxy, should be strong enuf

the joke is, i actually am thinking of keeping her for myself, so i kept looking at her, and decided to take her to look...and suddenly notice y got loose part 1 i guess god/fate is asking me to keep her, but if she was 1/8, i would have gotten her from the start
