i injured my left leg again...-.- so how? can go but maybe cant play :/

i definitely can't play...u know wat...my pain in my neck has extended to my backbone because of the weird walking gesture i've been doing the whole of yesterday...i think i still need 2-3 days to recover...i just slept from 12am to 1pm probably because of this injury...haha...might go to the futsal place if i dont have anything to do...

eh..its not because of the walking gesture that i hurt my neck..
its because i hurt my neck during futsal..thats y i have weird walking gesture...

next time must really do warm up for my neck and jaw...haha...
