Thank you!

I think boosting battery is a standard practice in Singapore from last time until now. To me, no right or wrong. However, since it is a "PRO TOUR RACE" I think take it as a challenge race without boosting battery. End of the day, you will be racing in Japan, not Singapore/ Malaysia.

When Pri 5 or 6, I played in basketball court or kindergarten playground, bought parts from Megaskate, Ampang. When secondary 1 or 2, used to play in Sogo and Gombak.

ah damn, this is soo nostalgic.. the last Tamiya I bought was when I was in Form 2... Beat Magnum. I recently went to Tamiya underground, I would guess that the cars have been revamped ?

>N00DL35,
Nice to meet you. Revamped? Are you referring to the Mini 4WD MS PRO chassis?

You reminded me i have a Red Crimson Glory, I applied the special stickers for Crimson Glory too, there's a phoenix, a japanese boy sticker and some dragons. But it's still of stock tyres coz i like the original rims...

BTW anybody mod their own engine? I remember it's about increasing the wire coil 1 side of the motor.

>advocado
Crimson Glory is a nice FM car, I like Aero Solitude as well.
We are now following Japanese official rules, modification of motor is restricted. However, last time when secondary 1, we used to mod Hyper dash motor, or just buy brand new motor (33,000RPM, 68,000RPM, 10,800RPM). then few year back got few crazy fella wire coil the motor.. hehehe..!

biggrin.gif  hello every one!

Frost from the philippines (Tamiya Manila) (i thinh irvinmerril is also from the philippines name sound familliar LOL)  i was just surfing the net and i saw this forum.

ive been reading around (v3 and v4  tongue.gif )

nice work guys!  thumbup.gif  rclxms.gif  thumbup.gif  good thing you were able to give life to mini4wd racing again, it made me smile while reading through your developments thru the forums. i really wish mini 4wd racing here in the philippines can be as organized like your mini 4wd racing.

i just want to share the scene here in the philippines, all of the tracks here are 3lane technical courses. there are no pro races here (we tried racing pro but we were not able to gather alot of racers so it kind of died out). theres alot of tweaking done with our cars, we trimm our tires, break in our motors, and match our cells. our rules and regulations are based on the japan mini 4wd rules and regulations with some modifications. its very different here  biggrin.gif a typical racer will own and race 10 kits, and the more hard core racers owns and races about 30 cars or more  shakehead.gif and they are really hard to beat.  biggrin.gif

i really hope i can race in singapore or malaysia someday, id like to try racing the 5 lane circuit.  biggrin.gif

Salama si Frost16, Kumustaka?

Please share with us races in Phillipines, I just met few filipino racers day before yesterday, I wish to visit to Phillipines to check out the Mini4wd world there.

The 5 lane circuit is only available in Japan. wink.gif

>13lack.12ose ,
Hello. I am glad to see you here in the internet world. Nice talking to you that day, and thank you for the suggestion. 22.76sec is good timing, as I didn't get any timing haha. My car didn't manage to go through the double jumps. SFM is good for speed technical, I think MS also can beat it as long front is heavier, chassis as lowered as possible, and the setups.

>sonic_cd,
Yup, the car is running on VS, to make a difference from others*. Although all winning cars are SFM, if managed to complete 3 laps, I think SFM hard to beat the timing.
*me is kiasu. hahahaha

Please let me know if you are going down to TU, I will be in KL next week. smile.gif
