hi im a newby n im a budjet racer.can any 1 tell me hw 2 make a powerfull,nice n cheap car?

With a budget below than RM120 - RM150, i think u can build a good car & quite fast too... But if u want it to be powerful or really fast maybe u need to spend more... Ok ok Apai, better don reveal... i'm under age too....
