QUOTE(my car is slow @ May 11 2009, 11:57 AM) my bad i didnt know u are that good maybe u can teach me more i am more about car setting the 1st problem with you is you're just not confident enough with your car...i myself still learning...no one here is grandmaster/ sifu here...all here to talk and share bout their experience with mini 4wd..q1) brake application where and when to put size material to be used q2) roller setting what is suitable for what type of track hope u can enlighten me and others can maybe learn a thing or 2 here 2nd problem , you talk like you know so much like previous posts...arguing with our fellow racer TMY kia... and just a few posts ago when you came to conclusion that we were talking bout the "most powerful battery" and stability... for your condition , the only way you are going to learn is to go to the track and play there...from the layout, you'll know how.. QUOTE(my car is slow @ May 11 2009, 12:25 PM) finally someone reply me Good. U shd be the old time racer....i have seen the pics and i know most of u guys have your own style and your style is a mix from japan and maybe some of david there. david i see is only crazy about 19mm roller with plastic ring he will do any setting on the front but the back always stay the same. so from all the pics the cars will have strong points and weak points do u know about it or not i am not sure i havent touched a car for so long and i am really happy to see new kind of racers around. u can answer q1) plastic brake not very good breaking power when u need a bit of brake . sponge brake better then plastic and most of the guys use it frp brake quite similar to plastic but will not worn out as fast rubber brake the most effective brake to stop the car i leave q2 to u Well, the brake we used it depend your car speed and the length car can fly... some of us used sponge, some used rubber and even used screw(which not recommended used at TU)..... Hope u will start to play back and share your experience... Q2. hmm... For your info, Tamiya Mini4wd rules are only allow used 3pairs roller... With 3 pair... nothing much can test... QUOTE(TMY kia.. @ May 11 2009, 03:25 PM) Yes, u are right. everyone hev their right to talk here and post here.... why do some guys put those gears as stabilizer? for me , they look so ugly...destroy the look of the car. when tamiya keeps improving their parts , we take out more money...
