let say new patch release, how to install/patch it in console game?

i am using us psn and MY psn, both cannot find it.

What i did were:

1. join Ivarov (french) server - am I right? I could not find any ivarov (english) etc.
2. inside that server, there is a 10 lobbies named French/01 . french/02 etc ..

am i correct? please help me..
