actually most of the ppl here is playing WE version... but PES theres not much traffic/ppl in the server rite, if u mean lagging in game? just ask your friendly internet service provider smile.gif

i dont quite understand u there. Did you update to the latest software version alredi? Whats your version now? 2.8?

PS3 disc is region-free, so u can play any disc no problem
