really urgent to get a new monitor since my viewsonic 22" died yesterday,

currently eyeing Dell S2409W, i'm offering RM1100 for anyone who willing to sell his/her used Dell S2409W to me

I made my order and payment for Dell S2409W 24" last sunday, only today I received the Delivery Notification, and when I check the order status in Dell website it stated the estimate delivery date is in 20 Oct 2008, which is freaking long time to wait , meaning 15 days time

is it normal ? or is it they just put a long estimation for their safe state, while usually only taking 5-7 days time?

fuh..tomorrow..tomorrow..be patient..

I didnt call them, infact they called me, to inform that the lcd will arrive tomorrow before 2pm

dont worry..they just want to provoke u,

they put a freaking long date but within 5-7 days time they will inform u that ur lcd is ready, then u will feel "woww so fast" ..

ok, mine also will be received by tomorrow, let see who get it 1st

me too.. but too bad I still can't enjoy HD setup, the lcd is not working with the hdmi cable, either the cable alone or using hdmi to dvi converter, adjust the setup on lcd still not helping, anyone know why?

maybe my cable is faulty or need some trick to make it right, ok i'll get to Hwoarang45, thanks

i think dell 2409w has the simplest design but nice, the shining black color makes it really special...

why do ppl care about design? everybody we are looking at the screen afterall.not the exterior

I still unable to utilize my dell s2409w, still cannot use my hdmi cable,

anyone can help me? how do u setup urs.

Here is what i've tried.

1 )use hdmi-to-dvi converter to my ati 4850, hdmi to my lcd
2 )both lcd and graphic card use hdmi-to-dvi converter

already tried configure the lcd configuration to detect hdmi still fail,
also tried setup 1920x1080@60hz at ATi Control Panel, still fail..

plz help, already seek hwoarang45 previous tips but seems not helping

maybe, havent try with other lcd yet, but hdmi via gc got installer? what kind of installer? sorry really noob

yes I remember installed that one too..already set it up at ATi Control Panel, nevermind i'll try the cable to my brother's lcd

btw i'm using gecube 4850
