i want to buy alcd monitor.my budget will be around rm300- rm500++.about 19' will do.any brand and model can i refer?

hi guys.i dont really know how to choose a good monitor but now i am having a budget around 300-400 bucks.thinking of getting a 17in or 19in if possible.i dont mind getting an old model or some china brand.as long is decent i already satisfy.can u guys recommend me some model or brand for me to look in it?thanks
