QUOTE(owikh84 @ Jul 27 2008, 08:01 AM) Contrast ratio measures the difference between the brightness in the super-bright portions of a screen vs the super-dark portions. A 1000:1 contrast ratio would mean that a perfectly white pixel is 1000 times brighter than a perfectly black pixel. Yes, for true HD purpose, u'll need to switch to 720P, 1080i resolutions but current DVD's are not true HD if I'm not wrong. how about the blueray?how to make it full function on PC?i thought for HD, the LCD itself need HDMI port right?
