hp w2207h warranty is 1 year or 3 years?cos ive read around here say 1 year.but then.just now i went to kuching's pc fair..the guy say 3years..but the price is rm1280 laa  doh.gif i even remember one shop here at kuching the salesperson say 2 year warranty  doh.gif

kuching salesman at pc fair no easy to get accurate info.
that selling HP product salesman very funny when yesterday i go.
" Don't look that LCD! (w1907) that only 17" !! try buy 22" at there." shakehead.gif
" Buy this system(CPU) with latest graphic card GeForce 8400!" hmm.gif

at another side also make me sad.
me:" Does't this LG 1942T using DVI showing movie now?"
Salesman:" hmm.. DVI? I no sure.. how about you look for your self?" shocking.gif

Fine, i found that LG is using Analog. I trying ask they use DVI to compare samsung 943NWX but they no allow.
because they told me there is no such difference using DVI or Analog. vmad.gif

Forgive they. they just part time worker. wink.gif

Oh, thats definitely not me, because I was at 3e booth selling hardware. I'm also part time worker, but not easy to get attacked one, haha. tongue.gif
This time, Kuching having its own Sarawak ICT Expo, instead of Pikom's PC Fair.
How big difference between DVI and Analog, I'm not too sure. But difference between S-Video and HDMI is great for 32" SHARP AQUOS LCD TV! With S-Video showing only at 1024 x 768 vs HDMI's 1368 x 768 ! shakehead.gif Shaper image and more vivid color shown by using HDMI cable.
*
you know... only 3E selling many brand LCD compare with other booth selling their own BenQ, HP, Acer LCD.
I more interest on Fujitsu LCD since they are using DVI playing movie compare with 3E didn't not use DVI on their Samsung, LG etc. The image quality very rclxms.gif

For 3e's many LCD(s) quality will always lower than the Fujitsu's LCD you mention, which using DVI, cause 3e's connected to VGA splitter and its analog video output some more...... sweat.gif

sad case.
can't see they(LCD) show their MAX power. sad.gif

*
RM12xx for Dell Ultrasharp 22"with 5years warranty plus one sound bar speaker.
RM11xx for Samsung T220 with (DC)10000:1 (GTG)2ms plus 3 years warranty.

RM2xx for 2 years warranty fee is worth or not is all on you pal.

Why you all say s-pva better h-pva better or pva ? than TN ?
So what big difference on it ?  I asked before no one reply. You all just give me a Link and some picture to compare .
I ask before where I can see the 2 panel TN and PVA at real life or lowyat no one answer. Not helping.  sad.gif
*
* S-IPS panels are generally considered the best all around panel type, but they are more expensive and very few are made. High end, expensive.

* S-PVA/MVA panels offer better color reproduction and viewing angles than TN panels, have slightly worse response times than TN or S-IPS, offer the best contrast
ratios, may suffer from color shifting or input lag and have higher availability than S-IPS panels. Mid range, fair price.

* TN panels are very cheap and have the fastest response times, but suffer from inferior color reproduction, contrast ratios and viewing angles. Low end, inexpensive.

My summary.

Tn = LCD monitor on the cheap for crappy panels for people that like crappy colors, and images and very low viewing angles that make me want to puke.
You know, there is a lot (yes, is a lot) forumer using TN panels include me.
too bad my option have limited. So I choose to be Crappy KiD. icon_rolleyes.gif
Sorry Bro, did I make you puke? sweat.gif

As i said, if people have a budget that is low then yes tn is a good choice however they need to keep in mind the quality their getting for it. So whatever  sweat.gif
PS: seriously, don't take offense when people grading panels from their opinions. You act like your the inventor or something. Unlike you, i don't mind if you want trash IPS/PVA or whatever since it doesn't effect me so why should it for you  rolleyes.gif  If you want to keep things factual and disagree that is fine. Don't make it personal word of advise  doh.gif If you want to pick a fight go play counter strike or something and let the adults talk  sweat.gif

As you said, Yes Crappy TN is good choice due to people Crappy budget. However people(Include me) sure will always keep in mind on the Crappy quality their getting for it. Just like a Graphic card. upgrade, upgrade, upgrade....discuss, discuss, discuss..

Seriously, Don't take offense to TN when you grading panels from your opinions. I don't mind if you want instance TN is not as good as PVA/IPS or whatever since it doesn't effect me due to my limited Crappy option. If you want to keep things factual and disagree that is fine. Don't make it personal word like "Crappy panels" "Crappy Colors"

especially
"Tn = LCD monitor on the cheap for crappy panels for people that like crappy colors, and images and very low viewing angles that make me want to puke."

Sorry bro, Hope you no puke because TN panels owner speaking here. take care your body.
