i did ask about the tv ,rt.?u reply me bst price rm400.rt?but when i turn up there in ur condo ,we already agreed that i will pay rm50 for tv which u sell rm380 to me since i also taking ur partly faulty washer ,rt.?and u even wrote a small voucher stated i pay rm50 deposit for the tv and will come back to take it on 27 june ,i put the money rm130 on ur table while u written the voucher ,rt.? but when only i go check ur air cond compressor at the back of condo,out of sudden u and ur japanese friend said theres some one sms to come to view tv ,then later u even broke ur promise not to sell the tv but only the washer by claiming u promised to let the on coming person to view it first,and suggested i bid for the tv ,see who can giv higher price to buy it,i wont forget so fast ,will u both so forgetful??
if u r in my shoes ,take all trouble sms and ask thru phone calls ,checking thru the guard house and waited for so long but atlast get back home empty handed ,wat will u feel?u shouldn`t put 1st come 1st served since u dun follow the rules .

well i` m not a lawyer ,but my lecturer told me a contract is offer and aceptance ,just like u jump up the bus ,if the bus attendance chase u down he actually broke the law aleady ,in my case ,simple he agreed to allow me in his condo ,and he know why i`m there ,thoug no obligation he will sell things very cheap to me (like he said rm10 )but pls be reasonable ,if i can write all these (it shows everyone HERE (IN lyt ) i`m not As crasz as TS describe, btw i didnot bring any gun there,tis 101% true)

1) u show me around ,and i ask whether u hv other things on sale ,tv is the one NOT sold yet ,then without even talk to ur Japanese Owner (u become so exited* i may be the 1st to come* u agreed wit me rm380 thats why when later u turns around refuse to the deal u agreed 5 minutes ago,i really feel been cheated )the worst part u twist and turn again ask me to bid ,so as to sell with ur ori price rm400.SO the fact is ur REputation worth rm20 Only.

it won`t end up like this,wasted time and efforts here to create so much time and money for conman here and some more want me to prooved the receipt rm50 he wrote (regreted for not bring back the note! but i challenced him to swear it to god ,he never agreed rm380 deal with me and never written any damx voucher) but wat if he never believe in GOD?? dun worry ,just to xposed my self here as 40 yrs old man being cheated and con by a young man (looks like gux to me,if he`s some one`s son ,i felt soory for the parents)
