Snake's nanomachines dont help him in combat lar. He is using the 1st generation nanomachines(super old ones). Only the nanomachines in MGS4 could improve soldiers combat.

Snake got his dads genes remember?!!! So kira from birth he has his combat skills at his fingertips.

Rambo+Machinegun=Spray
Snake+any weapon=Precision shooting.

utter crap i would say. Snake, in MGS, is a normal human being. that is that. aside from beings a CLONE (read, GENETIC COPY) there is nothing wrong with him pysically.
