ahhh.. finally its my turn to have some problem after 8k km of trouble free driving.

1. power window switch - intermitten - could be due to the powerful speaker i installed...
2. jerk at 2nd gear - intermitten - could be tb, to check
3. transmission gear warning, d->n - once at traffic light - hmm.. amt oil?

so will go workshop soon lo. maybe diy first.

btw, my next service will use full syntetic. any proton service center can give that? hopefully charging minimal upgrade fee. (my sc charge me rm100 for shell)

not to worry so much. new proton cars all come with 5 year warranty.
so at least u will know within this 5 years u wont have to worry abt

same problem?

overheating amt module i think.

my mileage now at 7k+ i notice my engine oil is now quite black
should i change now or wait till 10k to change.

not really confident of the shell semi syntetic oil.

should i go for full syntetic on my next 10k change?

oil filter is rated at 20k. also no confident. how to know its clogged?

if they have too many color... they will end up having too many stock unsold as not every color is desirable for everyone

difference is the 2 speakers, no alarm, no powerwindow, no foglight, no 'keyless entry'

dun go for the lite la.. go for full spec with 2 airbags

also, check on the year of manufacture. since u buy on jan, insist on discount as most likely u get 08 car. that means its 1 year old on paper.

its more preferable if u can buy a new car. u will have less headache and new car comes with warranty.

engine mounting? rough accident may dislodge or displace the engine mounting (engine block is mounted via 3 sets of rubber)
i think in ur case.. shd be ok. run ur engine and see it vibrates

i think u shud check also ur tayar and alignment

yup. my top speed is at 150 stock. and driving at hovering 130 does drain my petrol fast. 1 tankful ngam ngam reach kl-penang

at least u dun have to worry much for the first 5 years
