I mean social media as USM students la not their private. I can see many colleges like TARC, INTI, HELP all active here to create a community.

They seem to be quite active on Facebook. Look it up. You might find some of your biotechnology juniors who need your help.

Bio-inspired Subsumption Algorithm (BISA) is a term used to refer to a branch of computational intelligence concerned with finding the ‘‘viable’’ solution to a particular behavior-based problem, such that a given objective function subject to a set of constraints is optimized using a hierarchy of levels inspired by natural collective behavioral competence, where higher levels are able to subsume lower levels in order to create viable behavior. I think biotechnology is providing the building blocks for a sustainable future.

It used to be an open group. Then some outsiders decided that the group would be a good place for some fast and free advertisement. For a time, it was a secret group. The closed group you see now is a result of that incident.

It depends on the lectures whether they want to conduct the lectures in english or bm.The language used in tests is english.

Too eager. Your friend applied, she has yet to secure a place. She'll know what she needs to know once admission has been confirmed.

For medical students:
1st, 4th and 5th year get accommodation. 1st year everyone gets accommodation. 4th and 5th year already clinical years, need to go to hospital often.

2nd and 3rd year accommodation based on how active you are in Ko-K/Activities.

Hi, any seniors from the main campus lurking here?
I got offered for Pharmacy and so I've been surfing the blogs for the last couple of days(basically anything that has to do with USM ;__; )
I would really appreciate it if there's anyone here that is willing to answer my questions

1. In the jadual I printed out in the buku panduan, there's pendaftaran for sesi pagi and sesi petang(with different desasiswa). Also since they also included in a map for all desasiswa, does that mean we are able to choose our hostel according to the sesi?
for example SESI PAGI : Saujana, Indah Kembara and Fajar Harapan
and SESI PETANG are the rest.
2. Which hostel is considered pretty good, location and room/facility wise?
3. Is the hostel rules super strict? I read that we can't bring any sort of electrical appliances so is water heater an absolute NO-NO?
4. If really can't bring anything electrical...I still want to bring my own iron LOL Will they check our bags for prohibited stuff?
5. Lastly,(for now haha) I also heard about something called kem pimpin siswa? But I don't see it in the jadual so is it canceled or done much later on, like after the orientation week?
