2. What Was The Problem ( i.e : He / She Was On The Phone All The Time )
PSU Cooler Master Extreme Power Plus 500W = RM200
@ home, juz browsing others shop pricelist, some of them stated less RM20 than urs

3. What Would You Like To Have Changed ( i.e : He / She Should Have Been More Polite Etc. )
maybe refund of RM20
(or that RM20 for ur consultation service? heheh)

little regret getting the Q8200 since it doesn't support Intel Virtualization
i should just stick with the E8400 as planned before i get ur recommendation
