actually the speed shown not correct also...........i set at bios is 375 but comes out 374.
Anyway at
375 fsb prime stable.
376 fsb 7 hours++ error.
380 fsb 1 to 3 hours error.

ic.. u set vcore = restart..
u sure u stock FSB and tweak vcore straight restart?

or only after 273Mhz FSB just so?
my experience told me MY MSI board after 273Mhz just cannot set vcore at bios.. but once i BSELed processor, it FIXED self restart on P35 and can set voltage after even 360Mhz...

thats depends on ur preference. if u are a heavy gamer who are gaming in an oced rig for few hours, then a better PSU is needed.

anyway, if keep restarting, maybe ur mobo hit the FSB wall??

Sometimes newer bios doesnt mean better compatibility or whatnot.

Try changing it to older bios. Try one or two older ones. If problem persist, either RMA or get a new board.

and also the memory setting. Set it to unlinked and leave the memory speed and voltage as it is. Memory setting can cause problem even if u think it doesnt. Happens to me.
