Yes, since they still want to milk the sales for COD4. They don't want the 5 creating an illusion that its better than COD4 hohoho.

Not expecting this game to be "better" than COD4.
But the fact that it is WWII, then i think it has its own fan base.
Maybe not you, but there is people out there.

i think the reason they didn't put the "5" is because they want to separate this title from COD4. maybe they want to say is "don't expect this to be an improvement of COD4 or extension of COD3, expect this as a whole new game"

I think the 5 was remove because of Infinity Ward, one of the COD 3rd person shooter project was canned because IW make noise. Quality Control...
Now only they are incharge for the real COD sequel.

Still i hope the new COD will be fun :\

Could be moving in this direction to start separating the WWII COD and the non-WWII COD in the future.

Not a big fan of WWII games, as I think there are already too many of them around

I dun mind WWII games, IF they can do other campaigns. Like North Africa, Pacific, Southern Europe, etc.

I love WWII games like Medal of Honor, COD, Brothers In Arms. But one from Treyarch again...

Many are doubting Treyach making this game. Being optimistic, I believe this is going to be a great game, and Treyach should know it more than anyone else after the success of COD4, both single and multiplayer.

Let's just hope it stays true to the formula of COD - nail-biting moments and high actions/per second rate.
