9.15am : 1 glass of Teh C + Wantan Mee + 1 multi-vitamin + 1 fish oil
11.00am : 1L of Soyrich Soya
2.00pm : Nasi Loh Bak
6.00pm : Chicken Salad (Chicken, Brocolli, Lettuce, Green Pepper, Tomato)
9.00pm : 2 slices Wholemeal Bread + Tuna + 1 green apple + 1 fish oil
Workout:
7.05am - 8.15am : Running at Bulatan Park
Distance : 13 x 800m = 10.4km (including 2 x 100m stride)
Time : 61.52mins (average 4.32mins for 10 laps, then slowdown...)
7.05pm -8.00pm : Swimming
