How about Power Supply unit that i have? It does have power but the PSU won't boot. My moterboard LED is lighting up but when i press the power switch, the PSU won't power it on. I tried to short-circuit the black and green wire but it just won't power up even with load. I believe the one of the capacitor is blown. Can you fix it. My PSU model is Silverstone DA850 Decathlon Series.
