If you feel light-headed or dizzy during exercise, bring a bottle of water and drink them during work out ... I used to be get very light-headed too after I finished HIIT and I searched about it and found out that it can be caused of lack of water in the water and the situation seems to change a lot after I drink a lot of water during work out.
Your body type very easy leh .. Doesn't need to mind about those fat or too high carb ... Just that too hard to grow. |

It could be both and you can get both from water the H2O, so just drink it.
